32-Bit Cafe Resources list - a massive collection of links to help with HTML and webmastery. Includes links to HTML and CSS tutorials, as well as links to free and open source programs to help you build your own website.
Blinkies Cafe - create your own blinkie.
Texture Town - includes a massive amount of textures to use for your websites and other projects. Most textures seen on my website are from this site.
GifCities - archive full of gifs, old and new.
Favicon.ico Generator - a tool to create a favicon for your website in your browser.
GUIdebook: Graphical User Inferface gallery - a gallery full of screenshots of old operating systems. Great for inspiration or just browsing around.
Web Design Museum - website full of screenshots from old websites, apps, and software. Has lots of examples of Y2K and Frutiger Aero design. (I absolutely love this website!)
Image Scrubber - a tool to remove metadata and identifying information from your pictures.
Dither Me This - a dithering tool on your browser. Useful for reducing the sizes of your images so your website loads faster.
Transparent Textures - useful site to find transparent textures. I use it to add more depth to my graphics.
Cat Ipsum - generate a cat themed Lorem Ipsum.
The 88x31 GIF Collection - giant GIF gallery with plenty of buttons to choose from.
Database for trigger warnings - trigger warnings for films, TV, books.
Terms of Service; Didn't read - Website that summarises Terms of Service documents from many websites and apps. Handy to check out what you're agreeing to.
Winamp Skin Museum - Website full of Winamp Skins, new and ancient.
